You'll be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan. Your data stays exactly where it is — no migration needed. The new units simply unlock once payment clears.
How does billing and rent collection work?
You generate monthly bills with a click. Payments are logged manually or auto-tracked when bKash / Nagad confirms. PDF receipts are issued the moment payment is recorded.
Can tenants and owners see their own portal?
Yes. Every resident gets a login that shows only their unit — their bills, receipts, announcements, and gas history. Privacy is enforced at the row level.
How is gas bill calculated?
Enter the previous and current meter readings for each unit. Bari Shamlai computes per-unit consumption, applies the building's gas tariff, and issues bills automatically — auditable and instant.
Is my data secure?
